Our Vineyards
The unique positioning of the Breedekloof between the coastal Atlantic Ocean and the continental Klein Karoo climates allows a wide variety of wine grape cultivars to thrive in our valley. Our vineyards span 3 000 hectares and are surrounded by the Du Toitskloof Mountains. Diverse soils and topography further help to shape the character of the distinct terroir. Our dedicated viticulturist works closely with the winemakers to ensure farming practices are aligned with wine goals.
Our Cellars
Our four producer cellars—DaschBosch, Groot Eiland, Nuwehoop, and Goudini—are located within six kilometres of each other and combine a wealth of resources and expertise.
Together, they form uniWines, with each facility specializing in different aspects of our wine production.

New Hope
Transformation journey through “New Hope”: The dynamic empowerment initiative, that will incorporate
our Palesa brand, derives its name from our belief that it is always good to develop new hope for a
prosperous and more rewarding future in the business of wine, as well as our beloved country. The aim of
New Hope is to create long-term prosperity for our shareholder employees and other beneficiaries, as well
as being a catalyst for transformation through sustained social development in our rural communities.
Our Vision
Our vision is growing all people’s prosperity and creating long-term value and sustainability for all our producers and shareholders.
This is achieved by diligently applying our core values of servanthood, ethical conduct, and quality in all – day after day and year after year.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy centres on quality and consistency from vineyard to bottle. Every choice, from pruning to harvesting, shapes the
wine’s final character.
That’s why we believe that working in tandem with the viticulturist is paramount in producing top quality wine. Great wines are created in the vineyard where winemaking starts.
